		This course will enable participants to deepen their knowledge on the different types of Chinese tea, to cultivate appreciation for it and tea etiquette. Participants will also learn to develop the habit of drinking a cup of Chinese tea every day and promote self-care through drinking it.

Tan Cheng Hwee has been drinking and researching various teas for more than twenty years. He embarked into two comprehensive training programs in Yunnan (China) where tea originated and obtained an Advanced Professional Tea Tester and Advanced Chinese Tea Brewing Ceremony.
