Pastel Nagomi Art is a form of healing art founded in Japan. It is a simple yet therapeutic way of painting using pastels and our fingers to create a gentle, soft and heart-warming art form through simple yet unique techniques that everyone can enjoy, regardless of whether you know art or not. Pastel Nagomi finger painting art helps the elders to use joints flexibly, Eye-hand coordination, promote mental activity, eliminate loneliness, and add colour to the days beyond 50.

陈爱丽是日本粉彩希望艺术协会 (JPHAA) 的认证培训师。她拥有日本粉彩希望艺术协会颁发的日本和谐粉彩准指导师文凭和日本和谐粉彩正指导师文凭。在成为 JPNA 自由讲师之前，爱丽拥有丰富的工作经验，曾担任中文导师、电视剧编剧;节目撰稿和杂志编辑。她希望借着和谐粉彩的疗愈艺术，帮助他人发掘内心的快乐以及他们与家庭和社区关系的幸福。
