Time: 45 minutes

 

Ingredients

 

  • Water, 450ml
  • Agar-agar powder, 5g
  • Pandan leaf, 1
  • Sugar 50g
  • Reduced sugar or unsweetened soya milk, 200ml
  • Low-fat evaporated milk, 80ml
  • Longan, 10

 

Method

 

  • In a pot, bring water to boil.
  • Add agar-agar powder, pandan leaf and sugar. Stir well.
  • Add soya milk and low fat evaporated milk.
  • Remove pandan leaf and pour solution into mould. Set aside to cool.
  • Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
  • Serve with longans.
