Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 1.5 minutes
- 1 whole egg
- 1 slice of cheese (Reduced fat, High calcium)
- 1 ½ tbsp of low fat milk
- 4 whole cherry tomatoes
- Black pepper, to taste
- Mixed herbs, to taste
- 2 slices of Gardenia Fine Grain Wholemeal Bread
- Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
- Whisk the egg, cheese, low fat milk, black pepper, mixed herbs in a microwave safe container.
- Add the cherry tomatoes.
- Microwave at high for around 80 seconds.
- Serve with 2 slices of Gardenia Fine Grain Wholemeal Bread
