About the Programme/Event

Estate planning is critical for every adult, regardless of marital status, age or financial ability. Through this talk, participants will gain an overview of estate planning, which includes the proper execution of legal documents such as the Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), wills, trusts, CPF nomination, insurance nomination and Advanced Medical Directive (AMD).

These instruments provide a safeguard and ensure that your intentions and wishes for the management and distribution of your estate assets will be carried out expeditiously, in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, such as the onset of dementia or death. Besides relieving the stress on your loved ones, proper estate planning can also help to minimise your financial losses.

This programme is suitable for those aged 50 and above.

Mr Lim Jui Seck has more than 20 years of experience in financial planning services. He attained Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) status in 2004 and was certified as an Associate Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP®) in 2013.
