D-Bonus (Deferment Bonus)
V-Bonus (Voluntary Deferment Bonus) |
CPF LIFE is a new scheme that will provide lifelong income for the elderly during their retirement.
CPF members affected by the increase in the draw-down age can look forward to receiving a one-off D-Bonus.
CPF members who voluntarily defer drawing down their Minimum Sum will be given a V-Bonus for each year of deferment, up to the age of 65. |

| Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) Tax Relief |
SRS is a voluntary scheme for individuals to save for retirement, over and above their CPF savings.
The SRS offers attractive tax benefits; contributions to SRS are eligible for tax relief. Investment returns will be tax-free before withdrawal and only 50% of the withdrawals from SRS are taxable at retirement. |

ComCare addresses the socio-economic needs of low-income Singaporeans and their families. 3 key programme pillars will focus on:
- Helping the needy to achieve self-reliance
- Developmental needs of children from needy families, to help them break out of the poverty cycle
- Helping the needy who require long-term assistance (such as the needy elderly and people with disabilities) to integrate into the community.
For the most needy, Public Assistance (PA) scheme under ComCare will be available. |

Under the HOPE scheme, families receive comprehensive benefits, ranging from a housing grant, education bursaries for their children, a utilities grant, training grant to upgrade their skills, mentoring support and cash grants. |

| District Detector |
Local administration of its District, initiating, planning and managing community programmes to promote community bonding and social cohesion. It administers various government programmes and schemes (e.g. ComCare Fund) to help the needy residents by providing social and employment assistance. Residents can also volunteer and get involved in community projects and programmes in their area of interest or expertise.
CCCs (Citizen’s Consultative Committee) administer the ComCare Fund to give urgent and temporary relief to needy Singaporeans. |

| FSC (Family Service Centre) |
Family Service Centres (FSCs) provide social services for families in need. FSCs are staffed by professional social workers who are ready to provide a listening ear and helping hand.
There are 36 FSCs in Singapore, run by VWOs and supported by MCYS, NCSS and other organisations including the Singapore Totalisator Board.
