Getting into the City

Changi International Airport is located east of Singapore and is a short distance from the city by all forms of ground transportation. Car rental counters are available at arrival halls.

Taxi:
Taxis are available at pick-up points on the Arrival Hall level. A trip to the city costs between S$18.00 and S$32.00 and takes approximately 30 minutes.

Limousine Taxis:
These are 5-seater and 7-seater vehicles that will take you to any destination in Singapore at a flat rate of S$45.00 (a late night surcharge of S$10.00 between midnight and 6am applies).
Limousine Taxi Counters are located at the Arrival Halls.

Airport Shuttle:
A 9-seater coach serves all hotels in Singapore (with the exception of Changi Village Hotel and hotels on the Sentosa Island). The service leaves every 15 minutes from 6am to midnight and every 30 minutes at other hours. Rates are: S$9.00 per Adult, S$6.00 per Child, S$50.00 for charter of entire vehicle. The Airport Shuttle Counter is located on the Arrival Hall level.

Train (MRT):
The Changi Airport MRT Station is located below Terminals 2 and 3, and is linked to the arrival and departure halls by escalators and lifts. The first train arrives at around 5.30am and the last train departs from Changi Airport at 11.18pm.

A single fare to the city costs around S$2.70 (inclusive of S$1.00 refundable deposit) and takes approximately 27 minutes. For further information please visit www.smrt.com.sg/trains/trains.asp
