About the facilitator
Joyful Garden Community of Mindful Living is a community in Singapore that follows Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and the Plum Village tradition. It was formed in 2008 by a group of friends who were inspired by the practice of mindfulness. The group organises regular mindfulness programmes such as their monthly Day of Mindfulness and retreats.
