Information on Launch of Wellness Programme @ MacPherson on 18 May 2008
At the launch, activities targeting the Silver market, relating to health promotion and Active Ageing will be conducted. They include in broad categories – health assessments, follow up actions, disease management, patient education, mental well being, community outreach, managing personal expectation, lifelong learning and financial planning. Planned activities for the event include Health Screening, Booth, Stage and Hands-on activities; sign up of Health Ambassadors as well as Partners Commitment signing ceremony.
The event will be held on 18 May 2008 from 9am to 3pm at MacPherson CC. |
